Change and innovation in HR
Over the past 18 months, our Group HR has faced numerous innovations and challenges. With a comprehensive realignment of our strategy, we have prepared ourselves to meet current and future requirements. In doing so, we also had to overcome the difficult task of reducing the workforce in several companies - a step that presented us with major challenges.

Our mission, values and aspirations
The task of the Group HR department goes far beyond administrative activities. As a strategic partner, we actively shape the company's development and develop the potential of our employees. Our work is based on the core values of trust, respect, integrity and openness. We set high standards for ourselves and for the job - continuous training, commitment and team spirit are not just goals for us, but daily obligations. In this way, we create a working environment in which diversity and personal development are encouraged and every voice counts.

Strengthening co-determination and transparency
The establishment of the Group Works Council was followed by the conclusion of important Group works agreements, including the introduction of a whistleblower policy. This measure guarantees that all employees can report grievances confidentially and without fear of reprisals. Transparency and integrity are at the heart of this, while we work closely with the works councils and the Group Works Council to create a clear framework.

Investing in the future - training is key
Training remains another important focus of our work. We are convinced that investing in the qualification and further training of our employees is crucial to the future viability of our company. With targeted measures, we lay the foundations for sustainable success and strengthen our competitiveness in the long term.

Overcoming challenges together
We know that all these changes and initiatives involve considerable effort. But as a team, we are firmly convinced that we will emerge from this phase stronger together. Openness, commitment and cooperation are the keys to successfully overcoming even difficult times.
