One Group, One Calendar: 'Creative Moments' 2024

The DVS TECHNOLOGY GROUP has designed a very special wall calendar for 2024: As an international company, we stand for diversity and cultural richness and therefore wanted to offer all employees a platform to visually represent their home country, whether A for Athens or Z for Zagreb. The DVS wall calendar 2024 therefore bears the motto "Wonderful home"

We have chosen 13 employees from the many fantastic submissions from across the DVS Group who should make it onto the DVS TECHNOLOGY GROUP 2024 calendar. We congratulate them all, but the loudest ovation this year goes to Konstantin Otto, who we were able to visit and get to know more personally at Naxos Diskus.

His photo, taken during a vacation home on 14.03.2023, shows the Stari most bridge in the heart of Mostar, Bosnia-Herzegovina. The Stari most ("Old Bridge") is the eponymous landmark of Mostar and connects the more Muslim-dominated eastern part of the city with the more Catholic-dominated western part. It has therefore been a symbolic link between East and West for centuries. The bridge was destroyed by Croatian troops during the Bosnian War in 1993. It was rebuilt with international help from 1995 and officially reopened on July 23, 2004.

About Konstantin Otto

Our esteemed colleague Konstantin Otto holds the position of Quality Manager at Naxos Diskus in Butzbach, Hesse, and acts as Management Representative according to ISO 9001 & 14001 standards. He has been an integral part of the team for a proud 16 years, starting his professional journey at Naxos with a successful apprenticeship as an industrial ceramist.

After years as a machine operator in production, Konstantin was forced to embark on a new career path for health reasons. With determination, he successfully completed his technician's degree in mechanical engineering. He further expanded his expertise by working in technical order processing for three years before finally embarking on a career in quality assurance, including responsibility for our management systems.

But Konstantin's interests are not limited to his impressive professional career. He has a passionate love of art and photography. For him, these are not only creative pursuits, but also a means of expressing feelings and connecting with the world around him.
