Stefan Frommer to assume management responsibility as of March 1, 2026

After more than three decades of successful development and growth, the current Managing Directors of rbc robotics, Frank Götz and Stefan Becker, are handing over operational management responsibilities. This step was planned at an early stage and prepared over several months in close coordination with the Management Board of the DVS TECHNOLOGY GROUP.

The aim of this transition is to ensure that the operational management of rbc robotics remains reliably positioned for the company’s next phase of growth. Clear responsibility, a strong presence in day to day operations, and the necessary energy will play a central role in this process.

Frank Götz and Stefan Becker will both remain closely connected to the company. In the medium term, Stefan Becker will take over responsibility for the Service division. Frank Götz will continue to support the company wherever this is required to achieve the strategic goals of rbc robotics and the DVS TECHNOLOGY GROUP.

As of March 1, 2026, Stefan Frommer will assume the management of rbc robotics. He brings many years of experience in automation technology, mechanical engineering, corporate management, and sales. With his technical expertise and his clear, collaborative leadership style, he stands for continuity and the sustainable further development of the company.

Frank Götz will continue to support the transition in his role as Managing Director until March 31, 2026. This will ensure that Stefan Frommer can be systematically introduced to his new role and that a smooth handover is achieved.
