IT at the heart of the DVS TECHNOLOGY GROUP

In today's world, IT is no longer just a supporting function, but an integral part of every successful company. As Head of Global IT at DVS TECHNOLOGY GROUP, I see it as my task to create an environment in which technological innovations can flourish and lead our company into a successful future.

Transformation and growth of our IT team

Our IT team has undergone an impressive transformation this year. Through open communication, flat hierarchies and a clear focus on our goals, we have created an agile structure that enables us to react quickly and flexibly to the dynamic requirements of the digital world. The division into five specialized teams - Projects & Compliance, Helpdesk, Networks & Infrastructure, Business Software and Security - has increased our efficiency and enabled us to offer our customers and colleagues an even better service.

This structure not only brings benefits for the company, but also for our IT colleagues. Flat hierarchies promote personal responsibility and enable everyone to contribute their ideas and skills and actively contribute to the further development of our IT landscape. Thanks to the specialization of the teams, our colleagues can concentrate on their specialist areas and deepen their expertise. At the same time, the clear structure and open communication ensure close collaboration between the teams, which accelerates the exchange of knowledge and optimizes joint work.

By restructuring our IT teams, we are in a better position to overcome challenges efficiently. The Helpdesk now acts as a central point of contact for all IT queries and problems, while the Networks & Infrastructure, Business Software and Security teams ensure that our systems are stable, secure and always up to date. This clear structure enables us to respond proactively to potential problems while developing innovative solutions that increase our efficiency and make the company fit for the future.

IT as an enabler for our users

In 2024/2025, we as an IT team are focusing more strongly on the needs of our users. We know that a modern, high-performance IT infrastructure is the key to the productivity and satisfaction of our employees. That is why we are constantly working to optimize the digital workplace and adapt it to changing requirements.

We ensure the stability and reliability of our systems and infrastructure to ensure a smooth workflow - both in hybrid and remote working environments. At the same time, we improve the user-friendliness of our applications and integrate new technologies that promote collaboration and productivity.

Our aim is to offer our employees a modern, efficient working environment that supports their work and enables them to reach their full potential. Because we know that: Strong IT is the key to the success of our employees and therefore also to the success of the DVS TECHNOLOGY GROUP.

Outlook for the future

IT faces exciting challenges, but also offers enormous opportunities. With a committed and highly motivated team, clear goals and a future-oriented strategy, we are ideally equipped to successfully drive forward the digital transformation of the DVS TECHNOLOGY GROUP. I am proud of what we have achieved so far and look forward to actively shaping the digital future of the DVS TECHNOLOGY GROUP together with my team.
