My role

In my position, I see it as my task not only to promote the professional development of my team, but also to create an environment in which each individual feels valued and motivated. I attach great importance to open communication, trust and cooperation. My management philosophy is based on giving every team member the opportunity to fully contribute and develop.
 

Current market assessment of the mechanical engineering sector

The mechanical engineering sector is currently facing considerable financial challenges. Global economic uncertainties, rising raw material prices and supply chain problems have put the industry under pressure. From a financial perspective, rising operating costs and the necessary investments in digitalization and sustainability are particularly critical factors that need to be overcome.

Forecasts

Looking to the future, however, particularly to the years 2025-2026, there are grounds for cautious optimism. The German mechanical engineering sector, traditionally a cornerstone of the German economy, has the potential to benefit from the current transformation processes. Investments in green technologies and digital solutions are expected to lead to a competitive advantage and open up new growth opportunities. Forecasts indicate that companies that invest in innovation and sustainability now will emerge stronger from the crisis in the coming years.
